The practice exists to keep intellectual property in a state a director, a buyer or an insurer can inspect. That means a single register, an instruction date that is earlier than the official one, and a written recommendation when the facts are awkward.
We are not a solicitors' firm and we are not a firm of registered patent attorneys. When a matter needs one, we instruct one.
The register is the product
If the public record is wrong, the right is weaker than you think. Owner, address for service, and the next official action are kept true. Certificates in a drawer are not a system.

Proceed, narrow, wait, or drop — in a note you can forward. We do not hide a risk in a call and hope the file looks tidy later.
