The work
A register, not a pile of certificates.
Most rights are lost to missed renewals, unrecorded assignments and specifications that no longer match the business. We run the official calendar, the owner-of-record, and the watch, from 21 Dominion Road in Croydon.
We are a management practice. Where a hearing, a claim or a patent specification must be handled by a regulated attorney, we instruct one and keep the docket current around their work. You deal with one register.

British rights are local, even when the brand is not.
An EU trade mark filed after the transition period does not cover a shop in Croydon. A European patent still has to be validated here. We start from the UK register and work outwards only where the commercial plan requires it.
